Vocal Was Sogolon...
According to the description of the [above-named] skill,
For 60 seconds, all shouts and chants you use last 20...44...50% longer. Can anyone tell me if this also works for "I Am The Strongest!", which works not by duration, but number of attacks? I am at work, and cannot experiment with it. Thanks! Shane |

Vocal's effect amplifies the duration of the shout, nothing more.
fun facts: I am the Strongest actually has a duration; its around 7-8 hrs (no I did not test this myself, its from the wiki). |

In other words, you'll have a 10-hour shout that'll still expire after the normal number of hits.

Using Vocal of Sogolon can enable you to essentially maintain IAU. VwS causes IAU to last 20 seconds, thus matching its 20sec recharge at max norn rank. It's very helpful with running with a para.

"I Am The Strongest!" is theoretically limitless even though it has such a giant duration. I think the duration thing is a bug, it should have been coded like signet of strength for example but the duration is so big it doesn't even matter.

Probably not.
You can't attak to gain adrenaline while holding a pot, and VWS has a 30 second cooldown. It'd only make your 5-sec SY last 7.2 sec (at 12 restoration magic) once every 30 sec. SY builds usually have skills that increase your adrenaline income (FGJ, FA, or any IAS skill), making it much, much easier to just gain another 8 adrenaline and cast SY again. |
